Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services.
Main Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of the management fleet
Important link between clients/crews and our management
Communication with Airport Authorities worldwide in relation to landing and overflight permissions
Compilation of computer and ATC flight plans
Communication via SITA & AFTN systems
Organization and communication of the ground handling of our aircraft
Organization of crew rotations
Compilation of crew briefings
Supervision of charter clients and fleet during the night shift
Working in the 24-hour shift operation
According to internal list "Dispatch Jobs"
Minimum Requirements
Dispatcher vocational training/technical apprenticeship
4 years of work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of dispatching processes and procedures
Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledge
Desired Characteristics
Work experience may be substituted for formal training/apprenticeship
Strong communication skills
Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues
