Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
Join our R&D team in a large technology company focused on innovation across automotive, aerospace, and more. As a Process Engineer, you will manage projects involving the development, design, and support of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will be crucial in influencing new material and product development to enhance manufacturability. Your role includes designing experiments and building/testing equipment to optimize production processes, improve quality, reduce costs, and increase product flow. Additionally, you will research and design or purchase equipment for new and existing processes.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Zeeland, Michigan.
Work Environment
This position is primarily on-site, with 80% of your time spent on the manufacturing floor building and testing equipment, and 20% in an office setting for designing experiments and other functions.
