Abbott Training and Therapy Manager - Deep Brain Stimulation in Zaventem, Belgium
For our Neuromodulation Division, we are recruiting a Training and Therapy Manager Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to be based in our EMEA Headquarter in Zaventem, Belgium.
As a Training and Therapy Manager, you are responsible for owning, designing, developing, and executing continuing educational programs for Abbott Neuromodulation representatives that meet the relevance of our value proposition.
Role and Responsibility:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Abbott products, therapies, customers, and business objectives to develop, implement and execute continuing education programs for Abbott Neuromodulation representatives.
Ensure Abbott representatives have an up-to-date knowledge and appropriate accreditation on new and emerging therapies & technologies that are in line with our Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure clinical and scientific considerations are adequately translated in our strategic plan and our commercial messages to maximize success
Engage the field organisation through periodic visits to understand the need, current selling, competitive, clinical, and healthcare environment and to stay up to date, including the offer of key customer and KOL engagement support where required
Attend & help coordinate, conduct, and direct training workshops & symposia, office meetings, and clinical situations offering informed advice on the use, settings, and application of Abbott Neuromodulation devices
Your Profile:
Master’s degree or equivalent in experience
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of Neuromodulation
Understanding and expertise in the technical and clinical aspects and application of current and new products in Therapy Area
Strong communication skills
Flexible and stress resistant
Previous experience in an international organization
Fluency in English, additional language is an asset
