What you can expect at your practice:
Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Trauma Surgery team at York Hospital
Full-time position; Days - no nights/no call; with rotating weekend schedule
Non-Surgical; Experience in trauma/critical care or wound care preferred
Conduct thorough patient assessments during rounding to evaluate patient status and progress
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on patient assessments and team input
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans
