Ability Building Services Inc. Direct Support Professional Supervisor in YANKTON, South Dakota
DSP Supervisors will supervise a residential facility that provides support and services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Supervisors will provide direct support and perform supervisory functions of 6-10 direct support workers and ensure all aspects of residents' care plans are fulfilled in a timely manner. Supervisors will participate as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
