Emerson Senior HRIS Engineer in Xi'an, China
Job Summary:
This position supports and assists the implementation and operations of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications including Human Resources/Performance Management/Talent Management/Learning Management/Recruitment for Emerson Business Units in a Global, multi-Business Group environment.
In addition, this position helps out various business unit operations teams in resolving production issues and provides user training, as needed.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage the configuration of the application based on Business Unit requirements and Emerson Global HRIS standards for Human Resources, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learn, Recruit, Payroll, Absence and Time, and other associated modules
Assist in HCM implementations in the following areas:
Participate in requirements capturing sessions and maintain requirements documents
Help in detailing the requirements and testing the interfaces and reports.
Maintain other project management documentation such as fit/gap analysis
Participate in data validation
Facilitate training and provide training materials
Maintain reporting standards and coordinate reporting requirements across multiple Business Units
Provide support to the Business Units for HRIS and other associated modules
Research new Oracle functionality to improve customer usage of Oracle and assist in testing the new configuration before it is migrated in production
Provide post implementation support
Assist with the maintenance of end-user training documentation
Provide support to the Operations team in resolving production issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM
Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager/Project Lead

For This Role, You Will Need:
" or above, major in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 3-year business support or implementation experience with an HCM application. Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred; however, PeopleSoft or similar system experience will be considered
