Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Entering customer orders regarding the repair cycle, which includes:
  • checking the compliance of the customer's order, entering the order into the SAP system by conducting a scanning process for compliance with export control requirements,

  • efficient creation of a system order, delivery of documents to the next order processing step,

  • understanding and adapting all contract requirements (orders, framework agreements, long-term contracts) while regularly supplementing customer data,

  • following customer requirements and communicating them appropriately to individual units in the organization and to internal customers,

  1. Ensuring constant, correct, and timely communication about the status of customer orders and delivery obligations

  2. creating weekly and on-demand reports as well as meetings at the request of clients

  3. tracking and measuring the results of activities

  4. Developing solutions and timely responses to comprehensive customer inquiries or doubts (e.g. AOG, exchanges, problems at the stage of final inspections, errors with shipments and receipts, tracking shortages).

  • Good knowledge of English,
