Description
Robert Half is recruiting for a Training Manager for an organization in Wright City, Missouri on a direct hire basis. The Training Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of all training programs for the organization's currently being built. The training leader will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, assessing training needs, and continuously improving training processes to enhance the skills and capabilities of their employees. Qualified individuals must have at least 5 years of experience designing a training program and collaborating with hiring managers to enhance the experience for new hires. Having experience in a manufacturing facility is also preferred. The annual salary for this opportunity is up to $90K. If interested, please apply today!
Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Training Manager or related field
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to design and implement effective training strategies
• Demonstrated experience in employee training and development
• Proven ability to conduct impactful training sessions
• Experience in designing and developing training materials
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in training and development.
