Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester is seeking a compassionate and driven Senior Care Business Development Representative to join our team. This is your chance to expand our reach and create meaningful connections across Worcester & parts of Middlesex County in a rewarding part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate partnerships with real estate professionals, assisted living communities, retirement homes, and elder law attorneys.
Generate a consistent flow of referrals to further our mission.
Analyze and report on growth metrics to track our progress.
Participate in our in-depth training program to become an expert in senior transitions.
Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to understand our operations inside and out.
Qualifications We’re Seeking:
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional partnerships.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, aligned with our company’s vision.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Strong team player mentality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $19-$21, plus performance-based bonuses.
