Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Senior Manager, Product Support Services to plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for digital product development. Duties include: drive day-to-day development activities for digital product initiatives that generate multi-million dollar business value for the organization and touch millions of consumers; streamline the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team; maintains the product backlog and facilitates decision-making on stories, bug fixes, and technical debt as they move through stages in team Rally board; collaborate with Agile teams to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify and address dependencies, opportunities and risk; works with Product Managers and stakeholders to decompose features into prioritized user stories that deliver value and tangible business results; provide feedback on architecture recommendations with respect to product vision to ensure the development team has sufficient understanding to design, develop, and test user story functionality; provides subject matter expertise to explain digital product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered; and liaise with the Business Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Initiative Owner and Solution Architect to clarify requirements. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: requirements analysis, translating business requirements into software solutions, and preparing functional and technical documentation; Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, and MariaDB; providing domain support for a healthcare or retail pharmacy organization; Agile methodologies and SAFe Software Development Principles; JIRA and Rally; Jenkins; Angular; Bootstrap; jQuery; SOAP; and Web Service APIs. Telecommuting available. Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
