Do you work best with a high volume of work to process that allows you to focus on the task and get into a zone? This Accounts Payable Data Entry opportunity is 100% onsite, has earlier hours (7:00 am to 3:30 pm), and keeps you focused in a welcoming environment! You will be accountable for processing approximately 250 invoices per day. If you exceed expectations, there is a high probability of transitioning to a permanent employee. Responsibilities
Utilize your keying skills to process 250 invoices per day
Review and audit the factory direct invoices for correct information
Calculate and recalculate freight in factory direct invoices
Research and investigate Sales Department inquiries
Input the invoice information into SAP (Company's Accounting Software System)
