Sarin2000 LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Woodland, Washington
Mali Thai Café is the only Thai restaurant in Woodland, WA. We offer a wide range of delicious and authentic Thai dishes to reflect the diversity of Thai cuisine. In order to remain successful, we need a Thai Specialty Cook who is knowledgeable about Thai food to work in our busy kitchen.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;
- Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;
- Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
- Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
SALARY: $43,930/year
