Description We are in search of a diligent HR Recruiter to join our Engineering team based in Woodinville, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent, facilitating the full recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

• Proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships and ensure a strong pipeline of talent.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to assist in the decision-making process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and support.

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection criteria.

• Track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

• Strong Recruiting skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Experience with sourcing techniques

• Understanding of referral programs

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively negotiate

• Effective decision-making skills.
