Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer in Woburn, Massachusetts, United States. We're working on a project to implement MS Office 365. The right individual for this role will not only have the technical skills necessary but also be adept at navigating a company's political landscape.
Key responsibilities:
• Implement and manage MS Office 365 within the organization
• Utilize your skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management
• Navigate effectively within the company's political landscape
• Resolve complex technical issues related to the implemented systems
• Monitor system performance regularly to prevent delays and outages
• Conduct AB Testing on new systems to ensure functionality
• Maintain accurate records of system processes and updates
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of systems
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas of improvement or upgrade. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies required
• Familiarity with Database technologies is necessary
• Ability to work with Dell Technologies
• Experience with EO/IR systems is a must
• Understanding and application of AB Testing methods required
• Proficiency in Active Directory management
• Experience with Backup Technologies is essential
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware required
• Expertise in Configuration Management is needed
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 is necessary
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep up-to-date with the latest technologies
