Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the IT Software industry. This is a 100% remote opportunity. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer CRM client data, identifying inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies, and refining data validation and cleanup processes for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Review and validate customer CRM client data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify any inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies in the data
• Continuously evaluate and refine data validation and cleanup processes to enhance efficiency
• Utilize Excel Formulas, Salesforce.com, and other relevant tools to perform data cleansing and validation tasks
• Create Business Requirement Documents based on the analysis and review of the data
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the data
• Use analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in the data
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data quality or validation processes
• Provide reports and updates on the status of data validation and cleanup processes to relevant stakeholders
Requirements • Proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documents is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com is required.
• Expertise in data cleansing and data validation is necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel Formulas is a must.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and produce relevant insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in the IT Software industry, preferably as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business analysis.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and evolving technologies.
• Ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
