Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

The Senior Human Resource Generalist is responsible for a range of functions including employee relations, labor relations, training, employment, affirmative action and performance management, compensation, benefits management, and payroll functions. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving talent sourcing and selection processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing employee relations and benefits. The successful candidate will be highly perceptive and capable of relating to all organizational levels, sensitive to both organizational and employee needs.

  • Must Haves

  • Five years of experience in HR doing employee and labor relations

  • Talent sourcing and recruitment

  • HR data entry and reporting

  • Recruiting and interviewing

  • Benefits and leave management

Work Environment

The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, in a business casual office attached to a manufacturing site. Exposure to the leadership team is frequent, and the role reports to the HR VP based in Connecticut. The local team includes this role and an HR Coordinator.
