Here's what we expect from our Practitioners: Complete assessment and treatment planning to direct rehabilitative and skills-focused services in client's homes and in the community Complete diagnostic evaluations with supervision and treat clients in-home once competencies and full-time hours have been observed and reached Assist clients with developing their own creative rehabilitative goals, therapeutic goals, and objectives with each client Prepare and submit individual documentation for each client per company and DHS guidelines Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed Maintain a minimum of 25 face-to-face client billable hours weekly, plus up to 10 hours of paid drive time Attend and participate in four hours of paid Rule 29 clinical group consultations, weekly individual supervision, and quarterly team trainings Provide shadowing opportunities to the newer practitioners going through training What you should be able to bring to the table: Candidates are required to have one of the following: 4000 hours of working with individuals in the mental health field, i.e. ARMHS, CTSS, ABA, etc. Has a bachelor's degree in a mental health related field and has 2000 hours of working with individuals in the mental health field Working towards your master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university preferred Working towards pursuing clinical licensure once master's degree has been completed Preferred experience with completing DAs, Treatment Plans, and Clinical Case Notes Preferred experience with individuals, children, adolescents and teens, as well as with couples and families Preferred experience with trauma and substance abuse Preferred experience working in schools and in the community Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant use is a plus) Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of ARMHS, CTSS, therapy services, and previous experience with mental health documentation Qualified to be a Mental Health Practitioner What we have to offer you: Comprehensive and affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees 401(k) matching Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance Paid time off (including Juneteenth and 1 da the week of your birthday) Awesome team building activities (like parties, not like trust falls...) and sweet Ellie swag Incredible learning & development opportunities, including free licensing supervision hours* & paid month CEUs Tons of consultation and support from peers, supervisors, and Ellie leadership Paid Peer Support (Dynamic Duo) Promotional opportunities and career development (if you go with us, you grow with us!) The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team *Supervision is provided for people seeking licensure as a LICSW, LPCC, and LMFT. This is based on staff availability and typically equal to 4 hours per month or half of the required supervision needed for licensure. We offer individual licensure supervision at a cost and free licensure group supervision. We encourage license seeking clinicians to have at least one supervisor at Ellie and one outside of Ellie to help enhance their learning experience, have additional perspective, and utilize the full range of cultural variables only provided by multiple supervisors.
