Job Description IT Cloud Application Analyst 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987 HEADD Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time IT Cloud Application Analyst, you will provide application expertise in Oracles cloud-based Supply Chain Management software suite, especially Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (OTM) and/or Global Trade Management (GTM), and associated Fastenal technologies by blending business analysis and technical support. You will assist in the rollout and setup of operations by ensuring the business functions flow through the various Fastenal IT systems. You will troubleshoot processes, configure application settings, test features/fixes, and make recommendations for operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Providing technical support, expertise and fluency of Oracle Cloud applications within Fastenal operations through phone calls, help tickets and email o Facilitating technical deployment at new facilities and/or business operations o Eliciting business requirements and documenting processes for facility and business operations o Maintaining configurations and settings of Oracle Cloud applications and associated technologies o Developing, maintaining and conducting training for facilities and business operations o Ensuring on-time delivery of technical initiatives o Participating in unit testing and integration testing o Collaborating with various IT teams, especially Software Development, Project Management, Technical Support (in-house and 3rd Party), Systems Engineering, Technical Services and Enterprise Architecture o Driving efficiencies and adoption of enhancements within Oracle Cloud applications and associated technologies o Developing and maintaining relationships with Fastenal Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Solutions, and other Fastenal business teams o Participating in an on-call work rotation REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Prior customer service work experience o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient computer skills o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Willingness to travel o Willingness to work a flexible schedule o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Technology, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or related education o Previous experience using Oracle Supply Management Cloud applications (WMS, OTM and/or GTM), Apache Kafka, K-SQL and/or REST API o Demonstrated technical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems o Prior work experience in a Fastenal Branch or Solutions role, warehousing/distribution or supply chain role or as a Business Analyst, Software Quality Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, or a Project Manager/Coordinator ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
