Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Service Dispatcher in Winnetka, Illinois, United States. This role involves managing and coordinating the deployment of resources and personnel, ensuring efficient operations within our organization. As a Dispatcher, you will interact with various stakeholders, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and swiftly adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage the dispatch of resources and personnel to ensure smooth operations • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, addressing their concerns promptly • Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to ensure accurate record-keeping and dispatch • Quickly learn and adapt to our dispatching systems and procedures • Exhibit excellent teamwork skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment • Utilize skills in IBM AS/400, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers • Provide high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner • Perform billing functions as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Use the 'About Time' management system effectively for efficient dispatching. Requirements • Proficiency in IBM AS/400 and Management System.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience with 'About Time' software.

• Ability to answer and manage multiple calls simultaneously.

• Knowledge of billing functions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrable customer service experience.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
