As a full-service insurance agency, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible, while offering a variety of coverage options to fit each individual best.
We are seeking an Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a person who is motivated, willing to learn, and looking for growth in a team environment.
Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses
* Life and Health Licensed Preferred but NOT Required * If not Licensed, candidate must be willing to take insurance licensing exam - we will help you!

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Educate and enroll clients in plans that suit their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve policy issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving plans and services
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to change
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and general computer skills
- Ability to maintain state insurance licenses

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
