What you’ll do:
Responsible for leading a cross functional team for Lifetime Support (LTS) and OE POD delivery process in the Air to Air Refuelling (AAR) Business Team covering the A330, A400M, KC390, KC46 and Legacy platforms. Responsible for setting and executing a strategy for growth in line with the Business Unit 5 year plan (5YP) in the long term and PP25 in the short/medium term. Responsible for a scope of delivery covering major new bids (£50M+), supply of Spares/Repairs/GSE, technical support, obsolescence management, training, technical publications and retrofits/upgrades. Responsible for the Programme Management function across the AAR Lifetime Support IPT and a core member of the PPM Council for the site.
Deliver against portfolio financial targets for Order Intake, Revenue and Gross Margin and ensure KPIs are met (including milestone adherence, OTD, service availability and product reliability)
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the cross functional AAR Lifetime Support IPT
Implement a growth strategy for AAR Lifetime Support IPT in line with the Business Unit 5 year plan (5YP)
Ensure effective and open communication throughout the team and with stakeholders
Ensure PPM best practice is implemented across the AAR Lifetime Support IPT including planning, resourcing and financial control
Ensure communications plans are in place for all Customers, and manage relationships with senior Customer points of contact
Ensure an integrated cadence is in place linking together Project, Programme and Portfolio reporting for the AAR Lifetime Support IPT, up to AAR Business Team level, Eaton MSD (Wimborne) Business Unit level and sector level as appropriate
Deputise for the AAR lead as required
Plan the rolling monthly bid
Co-operate with management to meet the employer’s legal duties and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions
Qualifications:
- Degree plus comprehensive experience of managing projects including three throughout the full lifecycle

Demonstrable PPM competences based on the Eaton Program Management competence matrix and the type of program being run
Qualified to deliver CAT 1 Projects and Programmes
Experience of delivering to financial order intake, revenue and margin targets
Strong knowledge of the functional disciplines and supply chain that require management
Knowledge and demonstrable experience of PPM techniques
