Title: Senior Data Quality Analyst

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Provide technical leadership to the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team responsible for mitigating key data risks across data environments and tools while ensuring data is trusted, protected, accessible and reliable; manage, design and implement suitable DQ controls based on the importance of data elements and types of data movement through Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) platforms; use the following data integration tools: Informatica, Abi Initio, dbt, Snowflake, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Server, and Dremio; oversee data quality issue tracking, root cause analysis, remediation, and escalation utilizing Informatica Axon, Collibra, Monte Carlo, Teradata, Hadoop Hive, AWS Athena, Quicksight, SSRS, Jira, and Microsoft Power Apps; create and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures using Confluence; use Alteryx, and Splunk, to conduct data profiling and data mapping exercises to identify data relationships, dependencies, and redundancies; create and run SQL queries; develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports with JIRA, Rally, SSRS, Quicksight, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel; write scripts in Python and R to automate data cleansing, integration, and analysis; oversee and participate in evaluation of large complex datasets for quality and accuracy; lead data governance, data management, and data quality initiatives; provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior analysts; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; plus five (5) years of experience designing and implementing DQ controls thorough ETL platforms; using the following data integration tools: Informatica, Abi Initio, dbt, Snowflake, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Server, and Dremio; overseeing data quality issue tracking, root cause analysis, remediation, and escalation utilizing Informatica Axon, Collibra, Monte Carlo, Teradata, Hadoop Hive, AWS Athena, Quicksight, SSRS, Jira, and Microsoft Power Apps; creating and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures using Confluence; creating and running SQL queries; and developing and maintaining data quality dashboards and reports with JIRA, Rally, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel; of which three (3) years of experience must include using Alteryx, and Splunk to conduct data profiling and data mapping exercises; and writing scripts in Python and R to automate data cleansing, integration, and analysis.
