DuPont is seeking a Customer Experience Development Analyst to join the Marketing and Sales IT Solutions Delivery team. In this position, you will be customer facing, working with business representatives including digital marketers in each of the Company’s businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive Martech knowledge and a solid web development background, they will be an articulate, technically minded individual with good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have strong hands-on technical skills with at least 5 years of experience in the website development or related field – preferably working within the Martech stack. This individual should have experience developing web experiences and data-driven strategies on website properties.

Please note the team works 3 days onsite and 2 days remote at our corporate site in Wilmington, DE.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Engages with stakeholders to turn business requirements into actionable user stories.

  • Build and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Marketo including site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementation, implementation, and unit testing.

  • Integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with sales, service, and marketing automation platforms.

  • PIM HTML FlexUI scripting for data validation and quality checks.

  • Salesforce taxonomy validation and dataflow.

  • Develop reusable email and landing page templates within Marketo.

  • Create multi-demographic segmentation for email campaigns.

  • Support multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization / targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual, automated workflow management, etc.

  • Diagnose and solve technical problems involving multiple environment and application integrations.

  • Strong scripting/web development background and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and CSS are needed; PHP programming required.

  • Familiarity with browser devices and platform differences and idiosyncrasies, and ability to develop workarounds to accommodate specialized user/client needs and device platforms.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and related analyses.

  • Ability to interact positively with and build consensus among a diverse group of clients.

  • Ability to understand and manage greater web environment.

  • Ability to design and integrate complex web enterprise systems.

Your Qualification Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing in a similar role

  • B2B experience is preferred

  • Significant experience with marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and segmentation

  • Ability to balance defining strategy of the program with creative and execution in Marketo.

  • Analytical/reporting skills, with experience working on budgets

  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing quality

  • Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field
