You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.\ \ Key Responsibilities:\ - Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility\ - Coordinate and supervise the work of support staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard\ - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock\ - Liaise with external vendors and service providers to address any facility-related issues\ - Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to the Site Manager\ - Provide backup coverage for the Site Manager during absences or periods of high demand\ - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the site\'s operations
