Job Summary:

As the Service Acquisition Support Team Leader, you will responsible for supporting a dynamic part of a multi-million dollar service business. The Service Acquisition Support Team Leader is responsible for key business functions across the district such as management of the service agreement base, account management for smaller tier clients, technical estimation and ownership of key administrative functions in the support of the sales team. In addition, this role plays a key role in transitioning work from the sales teams to the fulfillment teams and will lead multiple initiatives to improve focus on Operational Excellence and process improvement. The responsibilities of this role are very likely to evolve with the growing needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of new and ongoing service contracts including contract performance analysis, renewal process and estimation of new service agreements.

  • Responsible for owning customer satisfaction index process including driving response rates and addressing specific customer concerns in a timely fashion.

  • Creates and makes revisions to project schedules including assigning tasks.

  • Owns the turnover and transition process for all work sold by owner direct sales team and provides oversight on and confirmation of fulfillment tasks such as equipment ordering.

  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment.

  • Responsible for continuous improvement of workflow processes from sales order entry through the turnover process to fulfillment.

  • Maintains quality standards by supervising assigned staff and inspecting key pieces of customer deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Strong business acumen including a solid understanding of service contracts, sales and operational work flows, an eye for detail and superior customer service skills.

  • Must have a proven track record of leading, developing and coaching employees

  • Experience leading both technical and administrative environments (HVAC) is strongly preferred

Base Pay Range: $80,000- $110,000 / year.
