Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. Duties: - Conduct hygiene procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Perform dental charting and maintain patient records accurately - Take and develop dental x-rays - Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants - Sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques - Assist with patient assessment and treatment planning Requirements: - Valid Dental Hygienist license in Minnesota - Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Familiarity with medical imaging for dental diagnostics Joining our team as a Dental Hygienist offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
