Red Lion Home Care Home Health Aide / Caregiver - Williamsport Area in Williamsport, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide / Caregiver to join our team in the Williamsport Area. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the quality of life for those under your care.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing mobility assistance, including helping clients move around their homes and transferring to and from beds or chairs.
- Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 30lbs.
- Previous experience in home care, hospice, or healthcare settings is a plus.
We offer flexible scheduling to work with your availability.
We will be onsite at the PA CareerLink Lycoming County to meet with jobseekers in-person on June 13th and July 18th from 9am -12 pm.
