Human Resources Generalist
Hagerstown
**This is a FT Direct Hire position
Base of $75k-$77k
Do you have three plus years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you have a passion for Human Resources? In this role, you will support a large global manufacturing leader and be responsible for:
Accurately and timely updating the HRIS system
Hourly recruitment and onboarding
Providing benefit support to hourly associates
Being a resource for human resource related questions and inquiries
Produce offer letters and other official HR documents
Interested? Well qualified candidates will have:
3+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field of study required
SHRM certification preferred
In depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
MS Office 365, HRIS and applicant tracking systems experience
Excellent data entry skills
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
This position comes with:
Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $77,000
