*THIS POSITION - IS LOCATED IN WILLIAMSBURG, MI*

Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications. -

• Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision.

• Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision

• Good eye/hand coordination.

• Basic machine operation.

• Attention to detail important and good work ethic.

• Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records.

• Understand basic mathematics.

• Proficient with measurement equipment.

• Good communication skills-verbal and written.

• Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.

• Support site goals and initiatives.

All other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Knowledge of and experience in Manufacturing facility is preferred.
