Spherion Staffing LLC Leasing Specialist in Wichita Falls, Texas
Spherion is hiring a dynamic Leasing Specialist for a local apartment community. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with Saturdays as needed 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities: The role involves daily office operations, welcoming prospective and current residents, providing property tours, and assisting with lease document preparation. The Leasing Specialist will also screen potential tenants, ensuring compliance with criteria. This individual will manage work orders and work closely with the Maintenance Team.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills: Professional in-person and phone presence and etiquette. Interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Maintain a positive attitude while keeping a solution-based and customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects. Communication skills. Reliability
Education: High School
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications: Must have 1 year of customer service experience. Minimum 1 year leasing experience preferred. Onesite Rental Software and Yardi software knowledge is preferred.
