What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of Call Center Management experience
Strong computer and communication skills
Proven leadership ability with a focus on team success
Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of Call Center Representatives
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service
Handle employee schedules and performance goals
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer support at all times
