The Dannon Company Manager, Co Manufacturing Operations Data and Analysis in White Plains, New York

The CoMan Operations Data Digitalization and Analysis Manager is responsible for driving data automation initiatives, automating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI), and enhancing data availability. This role collaborates closely with CoManufacturers to streamline data sharing processes with Danone.


Quality, efficiency, and safety all play a big role in our work at Danone. Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for the Supply Chain team. We are currently looking to hire a leader with a focus on information availability, automating tasks to add value to the organization, and data analysis.

This role will lead the digitization of data into existing and future tools such as Power BI, BOT projects, and analyzing many forms of data and trends to drive productivity and efficiency.

This role has the responsibility to stay informed and keep up with the latest trends and best practices that will enable them to bring updates and functionality to the departments performance.

Responsibilities

* Collaborating with CoMan team and external CoMan partners to source data for analysis.

* Developing strategies to simplify and provide automated KPI updates to the team in the form of Power BI dashboards or current standard.

* Identify opportunities for automation / digitization

* Deliver value to the organization by leading key projects focused on supply chain value creation, cost savings/productivity, and process optimization.

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders in the Danone supply chain organization, cross-functional teams (including IT), and external partners.

* Demonstrate thought leadership in the digital space by unlocking new approaches and solutions to various business challenges.

* Establishing data analytics best practices.

* Drive / support common ways of working across cross functional teams

* Creating and documenting a data strategy that defines people, processes, and technology governance to drive Operations to a more data driven decision organization.

* Effectively communicating with various levels within the organization, up to Chief Procurement Officer.

* Guide learning and upskilling of the CoMan Operations team with a focus on using data, leveraging tools, and discovering insights.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-113,000 commensurate with experience. Required Candidate Qualifications

  • Data organization and management experience - collect and assimilate data from multiple sources both internal and external to create desired outcome.
  • Ability to create meaningful data visualization interfaces.
  • Technical expertise including advanced knowledge of PowerBI, DAX language, and Excel, SAP, and Power Query.
  • Project management experience including strong organizational skills and a willingness to regularly interface with project sponsors and senior leadership
  • Experience cross-functional problem solving.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

  • 5 years' Experience managing teams, along with influencing cross-functional partners & leadership.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, engineering, or other quantitative/STEM discipline.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience wrangling, transforming, and harmonizing data.
  • Data intake, manipulation, & visualization skills.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architecture and data pipelines.
  • 5 years Project management experience including strong organizational skills and a willingness to regularly interface with project sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry a plus.
  • Relevant exposure to supply chain/operations and associated datasets.
