JOB DUTIES: 1. Leading the end to end development and testing (unit, integration) efforts.2. Working through the development cycle from requirement understanding, data analysis, design and development, automated testing and release management.3. Understanding existing complex system flows and technical data flows and coming up with better design and solutions for existing or newly built modules.4. Creating and reviewing test strategies to guarantee the quality of the delivered system, assist in the diagnosis of system problems encountered during testing.5. Partnering effectively with globally distributed IT team members within team and across other teams.6. Supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting of both production and non- production environments as well as addressing any client/ user queries promptly.7. Contributing on a daily basis to a collaborative and agile environment, provide support where appropriate to other members of the team.8. Participating in infrastructure and capacity management activities and designing CI/CD pipelines for project lifecycles.9. Diagnosing and resolving defects found during SIT, QA, and UAT test phases.10. Researching on latest trends and formulate strategies in discussing with inter stake holders.11. May Telecommute.
