Primary Purpose of this Position:

As the Marketing Lead for Talent Acquisition , you'll be an integral part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, driving the development and management of recruitment marketing and employment branding initiatives. This dynamic role requires a strategic mindset and keen attention to detail as you lead the full lifecycle of both paid and organic recruitment marketing efforts.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with our Communications, Marketing, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to tailor employer branding messages, enhance TA marketing materials, and expand both external talent pipelines and internal talent pools across our network of global plant locations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • TA Communication and Advertisement: Aligned with Ball standards, develop comprehensive strategies for both internal and external talent acquisition communication and advertisement across various platforms including digital newsletters, signage, news, radio, digital and other media. Collaborate with the Communications/Outreach team to leverage templated work to deliver grassroots content materials and resources to each location.

  • Content Generation and Management: As a core member of the of the global content council, leverage the calendar and necessary tools, serving as the primary generator and editor for all key candidate communication channels. Ensure alignment with Brand guidelines, track advertisement ROI, and monitor performance indicators.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Stay abreast of key trends in the marketplace, talent pipeline strategies, and leading TA practices across all channels. Monitor and respond to employee/candidate review platforms, serving as a thought partner for TA Outreach and collaborating with various departments.

  • Global & National Partnerships: Act as the primary representative for national programs, platforms, and large-scale advertisement initiatives. Develop and execute content creation and talent marketing plans aligned with Balls employer brand, Sustainability, Community, Diversity & Inclusion goals.

  • Partnering with Key Stakeholders: Consult with internal parties on enhancements to the Ball Career site, as well as monitor all .com presence for rouge sites being leveraged for the purpose of recruitment. Ensure delivery and support to TA organization on job postings, recommend recruitment marketing technology, and foster inclusivity in all campaigns. Build partnerships alongside Diversity Manager for nationwide outreach programs and sponsorships.

In terms of experience and skills, we're looking for:

  • Broad training in a related field (communications, journalism, public relations, social media, recruitment, etc.)

  • Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience, with specific expertise in content creation, graphic design, or advertisement creation, and preferably some experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams or projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of public relations, social media best practices, business communications practices, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, HTML, and other relevant technologies. Knowledge of graphic design, photo editing, and video production/editing is preferred.

Your role will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and strengthening our employer brand presence.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]

  • Hiring Salary Range: $83,200 - $124,660 (Salary to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
