Our products are used by Urogynecologists, Gynecologists, and Urologists worldwide. Caldera Medical is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse and transportation operations. Caldera Medical is building an operations team that will lead the company in its high growth phase, becoming more efficient and maintaining outstanding service levels and quality. The Warehouse supervisor will handle day to day warehouse operations, inbound/outbound shipping and 3PLs. This individual needs to be able to quickly and confidently build their warehouse team with a culture of excellence, faithfully execute operational SOP's both effectively and efficiently, and develop or drive changes in SOPs to meet business and compliance needs. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manages receiving, warehousing, distribution, logistics and shipping operations. • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, storing, picking, shipping and inventory management. • Maintains documentation and keeps accurate records of warehouse activities and schedules. • Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures and work instructions. • Supervise general labor, warehouse administrative support • Timely and accurate data entry into the inventory management system (Oracle) of product for all transactions and keep accurate inventory by location. Creates and maintains product locations. • Lead the cycle counting process, reconcile data to resolve inventory discrepancies and set processes in place to improve inventory accuracy. • Coordinate with Quality department to quarantine and release inventory once approved. • Identifies, documents, and proposes opportunities for continuous improvements. • Responsible for warehouse team building activities, daily management, staff training and disciplining, and labor coordinating/scheduling. • Ensures effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and tools. • Ensures the safety of staff, adhering to all OSHA regulations for warehouse. • Seeks information on long term warehouse space needs, 3PL support and sets forth proposals to meet them. • Manages daily 3PL, logistics and freight companies’ interfaces, problem resolution and improvement opportunities. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • High school diploma required, associate degree is plus • At least 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in a regulated industry or high degree of quality control. • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse operations or relevant experience • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead, direct, change, and manage • Proficiency in working and setting up experience with Oracle, SAP, QAD and related processes is mandatory • Experience leading implementation of KPIs, Lean and Continuous Improvement principals, root-cause analysis, and corrective action and advancing a culture of Continuous Improvement.
