Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will play a key role on the Marketing Team driving strategy for all social media channels, managing and growing communities. This position will develop the social media content calendar, work with the Creative team to develop content, post all content and report on post KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Social Media – Develop engagement strategy for current social media channels – including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X

  • New Channel Development – Develop POV in implementation of new channels including TikTok and SnapChat

  • Content Strategy and Development

  • Community Management and Engagement– Monitor conversation across all social media communities and engage in conversation

  • Issue resolution – Identify concerns raised in social media and resolve through appropriate Support center personnel

  • Trend Identification and implementation – Identify social media trends and decide whether to implement in TA channels

  • Influencers – Develop influencer strategy

  • Reporting and Analytics - Track, analyze and communicate important metrics surrounding social performance. Based on analytics adjust strategy

Qualifications

  • BS in Marketing or relevant field, MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in managing social media.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Keen ability to manage multiple projects with numerous ever-changing deadlines.

  • Familiarity working across social media platforms.

  • Ability to cope with shifting priorities and quick response times.
