Job Description: * Communicate clearly and professionally. * Establish high quality client relationships. * Resolve escalations from outsourced call center staff. * Manage incoming client and provider requests in a multi-channel environment. * Use critical thinking skills to identify appropriate solutions for customers. Hours: M-F 8am-6pm; 1 hour lunch ON SITE Temp-To-Perm!
