As a Product Specialist you will be required to meet provider needs for value-based solutions within the surgical product specialty of wound closure. Managing a well-established territory, you will continue to drive sales for market leading products, providing case support for product evaluations, managing inventory, and delivering in-service education. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and have a direct impact on improving patients' lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth and exceed targets for your territory.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sales process.

  • Innovation: Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies with specialists and track key opportunities.

  • Procedural Excellence: Provide strategic procedural support and coordination of local professional educational events.

  • Tender and contract opportunities: Actively pursue new opportunities and optimise customer outcomes.

  • Inventory management: Customer support for inventory levels and stock optimisation

  • Collaboration: Work effectively as part of the WA Ethicon team to deliver mutual business outcomes.

Qualifications

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in health science or business.

  • Experience: Knowledge of the Medical Devices industry, preferably in the surgical field or pharmaceutical sales.
