Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Hiring Immediately! Assistant Account Manager - $25.50 in Westbrook, Maine

Securitas at IDEXX is currently hiring for a full time Assistant Account Manager position based out of the Westbrook IDEXX.

Potential candidates for the Securitas Assistant Account Manager (AAM) will possess a proven track record of leadership and employee relations. The Assistant Account Manager will work in tandem with the Account Manager to maintain retention and the vested interest of the employee base.

Schedule:

Friday through Tuesday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Potential candidates for the AAM position will also provide additional support to the client when needed, as vetted by the Account Manager, to assist in maintaining our strong and lasting partnership.

  • The AAM will be directly involved in the interviewing and training of new employees and will be responsible for additional onboarding related tasks.

  • Providing direct oversight and direction to the shift supervisors and their respective staff of officers and receptionists.

  • Microsoft application proficiency is an absolute must for this position as a requisite for the creation and implementing of site-specific employee training, document tracking, and retention in conjunction with contractual requirements.

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the written word and be able to articulate succinctly and professionally in any discourse with the client and parent company.

  • Some IT background is preferred, but not required, as the candidate will be trained to all software and procedures proprietary to client operations by the Account Manager.

As with any managerial position in the corporate security world, some overtime and additional shift coverage will be required as well as a willingness to take "on-call" hours.
