LPG Residential Property Maintenance Supervisor in WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you take pride in maintaining properties and ensuring tenants have a top-notch living experience? If so, we want YOU on our team! As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee repairs, manage maintenance requests, and ensure our properties stay in prime condition. From troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing to coordinating vendor work, you'll be the go-to expert keeping our communities safe and well-maintained.
We are looking for:
- Experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Pool experience, CPO license or willingness to obtain
- A positive attitude and a passion for great service
Willing to be share rotating on-call schedule
