We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our team at Acqua al 2 Berkshires! Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials. - Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu. - Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet our quality standards. - Attend to guests\' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Present bills, handle payments, and provide accurate change or process credit card transactions. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting the dining area. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred, with preference for experience in Italian or fine dining establishments. - Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Fluency in Italian is a plus. - Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact. - Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus. - Ability to work evenings and weekends.
