Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Concierge Patient Navigator in the healthcare industry, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role involves providing high-end concierge services to our clientele in a detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries with detail-oriented and efficiency.
• Utilizing various computer programs and CRM tools to maintain precise customer records.
• Managing patient navigations and concierge services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Leveraging knowledge of EHR SYSTEM and Allscripts to process customer credit applications swiftly and accurately.
• Undertaking receptionist duties while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborating with the team to execute authorizations, billing functions, and benefit functions.
• Implementing your Epic Clinical skills when necessary to provide top-notch customer service.
• Handling any administrative tasks related to medical services, as needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in Allscripts and EHR SYSTEM to manage patient data effectively
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Knowledge of authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions
• Proven experience in a call center customer service role
• Ability to perform receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Familiarity with Epic Clinical software for healthcare services
