Construction Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking Field Technicians who are open to both local work and weekday traveling (ND,SD,MN). In this role, you will assist in building Steel Buildings and Grain Bins, performing all aspects of the construction from floor to ceiling. While traveling is a part of the job, we aim to have you home every weekend, although exceptions may occur. You are expected to have your own basic tools including a tool belt, tape measure, hammer, and other basic hand tools. No certifications are required for this position. You will not be working from scaffolding or ladders, and safety is our top priority. Lifting will be done from the ground or a power man lift.

Work Environment
You will be working on construction sites and can expect to work in various weather conditions, including wind, rain, and sun. You will be part of a crew of 5-7 and may share a room when staying at hotels. All accommodation costs are covered and a daily allowance of $30 for meals is provided. The work culture is driven, with work hours ranging from 45-60 hours a week when on location. The dress code includes steel toe boots, work pants, work shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses.
