My Aquatic Services Site Construction Foreman in WEST FARGO, North Dakota
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Site Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements: * Able to work out of town for 4-5 days at a time, rare weekend Drivers license
Skills: Not all skills are required for position but definitely preferred
- Leading/managing a crew
- skid steer and/or excavator experience
- Hauling trailers
- Capable of reading blueprints
- Understanding of elevations and slopes
- Operating power tools appropriately
- Concrete- Flatwork, Finishing, foundation walls and formwork
- Basic plumbing and Basic electrical work.
- General construction processes
- Able to assemble kits using instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
