Cook - Per diem
Summary:
- Performs a variety of duties related to the production and assembly of cold foods. May perform minor cooking and reheating tasks or cleaning and sanitation as required.
Responsibilities:
- Production of basic compound salads and pre packaged desserts.Entry level slicing and cutting techniques.Ability to produce cold salad plates, sandwiches and desserts as required.Basic entry level cooking skills.Daily sanitation and cleaning of work stations.
Credentials:
CFP ServSafe Food Protection (Required)
Serve Safe Certificate
Education or Equivalent Experience:
H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
Education Specialization:Equivalent Experience:•And 1+ years Food production experience, preferably in a health care institution
