DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on a collaborative team to design interior components for Axiom’s Space Station
Provide guidance on design for manufacturability and maintainability
Participate in design reviews, as required, and provide mentorship to other Design Engineers
Provide input to Project Engineering to forecast scope, schedule, and risks for all assigned projects
Support Human Factors / User Experience evaluations
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
14+ years’ experience in Mechanical Design (or a combined equivalent of education and experience)
Proficient in 3D CAD environment (Solidworks preferred)
Familiarity with flight hardware development and certification preferred
