Vision Research is a Business Unit in the Materials Analysis Division of AMETEK, Inc. Vision Research manufactures industry leading high-speed digital cameras. Our cameras are primarily sold into industrial, academic, defense and government research facilities. We also have a smaller entertainment oriented camera business. Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy Digital Marketing and Communications Leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives globally, leading an international team. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping our Phantom brand's digital presence, driving lead generation, and optimizing customer engagement across multiple channels. You should possess a keen understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, marketing automation, and a wide array of digital marketing tools. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth.
Leadership: Directly manage an international team, vendors, and marketing budget to optimize the overall ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and company goals.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and manage SEM campaigns (PPC) to maximize website traffic, search rankings, and conversions.
Content Mastermind: Create engaging, valuable content across various formats (video, website copy, social posts, email, etc.) that aligns with SEO best practices and effectively communicates our value proposition. Leverage Generative AI tools to support content rotation.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy using Hootsuite or similar tools. Build and manage a strong brand presence across key platforms, foster customer engagement, and monitor social media analytics.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and marketing platforms to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic optimization. Present insights to stakeholders.
CRM & Automation: Leverage CRM systems for campaign management, automation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, demonstrating success in SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies.
Strong understanding of website content management systems (CMS).
Solid analytical skills and experience interpreting data using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with impeccable copywriting abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SEO tools (Silktide, Ahrefs).
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Proofpoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot).
Understanding of marketing automation principles.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Proactive learner with an interest in emerging technologies in digital marketing.
International team leadership experience with either direct or indirect reports.
