Job Title: Installation Technician

Job Description

As an Installation Technician, your duties will include installing and delivering structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, trim, doors, or hardware using hand and/or power tools. You will troubleshoot and adjust products in the field, work on a ladder or scaffolding, and load/unload materials on/off trucks manually and with the use of a forklift. You are responsible for documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. If driving a company vehicle, you must report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicle. Checking the vehicle to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order is also part of your duty. You will need to demonstrate decision-driving skills by safely delivering products in a timely manner in accordance with DOT regulations and damage-free. Eventually, you will be going to job-sites alone, hence need to have a professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.

Pay

$21/hour

Work Environment

You will be working in a lumber yard warehouse that is non-climate controlled and can be dusty. The team consists of 4 people and drivers assisting. The dress code is jeans, steel toes, and layers as needed. Work hours are from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
