Haas Door Company 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Wauseon, Ohio
JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and assist in managing the installation, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment according to safety, predictive, and preventative maintenance systems. This position directs a team of maintenance technicians to perform the same on all production lines and support equipment.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *
- Lead a high performance maintenance team
- Ensures that a high level of safety is adhered to at all times.
- Ensures that the maintenance areas and vehicles are kept in a clean and orderly manner.
- On a daily basis, receives assigned work orders and utilizes the team to accomplish daily objectives.
- Supervises scheduled PM's and visually inspect and test assigned machines and equipment for proper functionality.
- Track and maintain electronic records on all repairs and preventive maintenance to production equipment .
- Supervises repairs on production equipment when a malfunction has been detected and helps to Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments
- Supervises the Lay out, assembly, installation and maintenance of piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *
High School diploma or GED
Previous supervisory/leadership experience
5+ years of industrial / manufacturing maintenance technician experience. Preferred vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, climb, stretch/reach and walk on a consistent basis
