As an Environmental Specialist, you are an important part of our environmental team. You will review projects for environmental concerns, write, coordinate, and track environmental permits (wetland permits, stormwater permits, etc.), write reports and coordinate with regulatory agencies. You will work with the environmental team to keep projects on-schedule, and project activities well-organized.

What it takes
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years' experience in providing environmental reviews and/or permitting, preferably utility focus
Preferred experience includes drafting environmental permit applications, regulatory coordination, wetland delineation, stormwater permitting, environmental assessment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, ESRI ArcGIS, able to learn new software
Good technical writing skills
Detail-focused and well-organized, with good problem-solving skills
Able to work as part of a team, yet be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
